1. Our Facilities
Beijing OZ has excellent facilities both for our counsellors and other office staff. Each
consultant has their own desk and computer.We have an office intranet and have developed our own agent administrative system called OA where all applications and offers are logged and tracked.

Education institutions can also use our facilities when conducting interview sessions and counsellor training. We have a data projector in a big classroom for presentations,in addition to a television set, DVD player,notebook computer and a Polycom videoconferencing unit.


2. Counselling

Beijing OZ provides excellent education counselling. Once a student is allocated to a
counsellor, the counsellor listens and assesses the student’s particular situation. Based on the student’s geographic preference, academic background and future career goals, the counsellor recommends a complete study career path as well as maps out the application and visa application process for the student. The counsellor seeks to provide expert advice to the student so they may actualise their study goals.All counsellors work six days per week and are given minimum sales targets per month.

Over 50% of our consultants have been overseas and the majority are placed in the
counseling department of the same country as where they have studied abroad. In addition,Beijing OZ regards training as a high priority and therefore encourages institutions to hold training sessions during their visit to ensure counsellors are aware of the latest and most popular programs and entry requirements.


3. Application Process
Once the student has decided on which institution or institutions to apply to, the application is passed to our highly specialised international liaison department for processing.Our liaison department has developed very trusting relationships with our partner institutions and has a thorough understanding of their admission procedures. Each application and letter of offer is double checked by the liaison country specialist, then logged into our in-house application system.


4. Visa Service
After obtaining a letter of offer, the student receives expert advise from our visa services section. During this process, the counsellor explains to the student the visa application process, including financial and documentary requirements as well as relevant visa regulations. As our visa consultants have had many years of experience, we have one of the highest visa success rates compared to other education consultancies for many countries.


5. Pre Departure Service
During and after the visa application process, our pre-departure department provides our students with the following services:

a) assisting students in paying their tuition fees.
b) providing monthly information seminars to departing students. These seminars depend on the country of study. For Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK, these seminars include briefings on adapting to living and studying in a foreign country. Students are also explained visa regulations and other important items such as how to remit money overseas.
c) Providing homestay, accommodation and airport pickup.
