Our website contains news items, promotional events, study abroad advice, FAQs as well as a 24 hour turnaround inquiry service. On average our website receives 30,000 hits per day. According to our 2005 statistics, 90% of Chinese students thinking of studying abroad visit our website.

Apart from direct advertising in the newspapers and websites above, Beijing OZ has a large presence in indirect advertising. Journalists regularly report on promotional events and ceremonies such as education exhibitions, scholarships and information evenings as part of articles informing readers about the services of the industry. For example, in June 2005, Sina.com reported on our scholarship ceremony where scholarships were presented to winning students and their parents.
4- Education Exhibitions
Beijing OZ not only has a stall in the three annual education exhibitions in Beijing in April,July and October, but also operates its own fair at the same time as a key promotional method.
5- High School, Technical colleges and University Study Abroad Information Sessions
Beijing OZ regularly holds study information sessions at over 20 Project 211 universities in Beijing. We also hold such events at universities outside Beijing and are constantly expanding our network. Apart from universities, we also hold talks at prominent private schools around the country.
We also have established good relationships with provincial and city level education committees in 10 provinces around China. This allows our domestic relationship team to have greater access to city high schools, polytechnics (dazhuan) and universities. Our marketing team travels at least once a month to various places around China to hold study abroad information sessions at education institutions to attract students.
We have also established referral agreements with travel agents, migration agents and professional bodies to increase our market presence.
Beijing OZ is constantly seeking to expand this network of relationships with provincial educational committees. This, in turn, will help us to expand connections with different educational institutions within each province. |
